Location, Location, Location. The community you choose to purchase a home in is just as important as the actual house itself. In order to assure that you are making the best choice for yourself and your family, consider the following:
Talk to the Neighbors. They will provide a WEALTH of information about what happens on a daily basis, the history of the community, and any upcoming projects that they are aware of.
Drive through the Neighborhood. Notice how well the lawns/houses/cars are taken care of. Do the community parks look inviting? What is the overall "feeling" of the neighborhood. Checking it out during various times of day is also helpful to get a fuller picture.
Get a BIRD'S EYE view using Google Earth or the satellite view from Google Maps. You can see what other amenities are tucked into an area that may not be obvious from driving through.
Check City Profile Report on the city's website. Here you will find information about demographics, upcoming projects and facilities provided to residents.
Peruse the HOA Website. Similar to the city website, most Homeowner's Associations have an informational page about the communities amenities and upcoming events.

" initially thought we would start the search process earlier but delayed for a few weeks. Sharon kept n touch during the entire process and even after, always making sure we were ok. We were first time home buyers and Sharon was excellent in explaining every step of the process. We are very grateful that we found her."
