Last night I attended graduation for Chandler High School. During the principal's address he shared with the crowd that this was Chandler High School's 100th Anniversary. WOW! That's ALMOST as long as Arizona has been a state. I appreciated the way they honored their alumni with special seating on the field with the current graduates. The oldest living graduate was Grand Marshall for their Home Coming Parade this year, from the Class of 1938.
Several clients have asked me for homes that are "not cookie-cutter" and that "have character." I present to you .... Historic Homes in Phoenix Area.
These homes will remind you of your grandparent's home, or just a simpler time of life when the pace was a little slower. At least that's my recollection of stories my parents and grandparents have told me. Maybe I'm seeing the past with rose-colored glasses, but I kinda like that view.
