This blog will focus on one major step, removing
contingencies.
Removing Contingencies happens after the contract has been
accepted. Several things are done during this step including:
Conduct Inspection of the Property
Resolve any Issues with the Property
Conduct Title Search
Remove any Encumbrances
Obtain Title Insurance
Obtain Mortgage Financing
This is the step when due diligence is done to see that this
is the property for you.
