While many buyers choose to allow friends and family members to view homes on their behalf it it very important that you verify fact. I recently encountered a buyer on one of my listing that contacted me asking where the BBQ was and told me that it was part of the listing. Fortunately our Multiple Listing Service keeps History and I could view it and know that at no point did I market the property as coming with a BBQ. They let me know due to the way the home was listed that they sold their BBQ prior to relocating. I continued to ask questions and found that the buyers were depending on information provided by online search tools. So while I thought this information pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, it appears that it does not. I went into Zillow and found that the property was indeed being advertised on Zillow as featuring a BBQ.

While these sites are very helpful in your home search, it is very important to work closely with your realtor to ensure the information provided is correct. It also appears that there is a Skylight which is not present in the home.
