Once your home inspection is completed, what is next! Complete a thorough review of the inspection with your Realtor! Determine the items that would prevent you from living in the home or high ticket items. Plumbing, Electrical and Structural items should be top of your list. The inspector is required to point out all items, even cosmetic items such as a crack in the tile, cabinets worn or warped, these items are just for your information and do not affect the major working systems of the home. Once you have put together your list, your Realtor should put together your request, understand that the seller may not fix all items that you request. Once the seller responds to your request, you can determine if you can live with what they are willing to repair. Remember there is no perfect home!! Serving the East Valley! We were first time home buyers and Sharon was excellent in explaining every step of the process. We are very grateful that we found her."
